Most of our fairs charge a nominal £1 entry fee so they’re a cheap and enjoyable day out for any book lover.

At a book fair, you can touch, open and turn the pages of a book, providing a much more engaging experience compared to online shopping. 

If they’re not collector’s items, most second-hand books are cheaper than their newer counterparts. Our Code of Practice also ensures all items are correctly described and fairly priced.

Few things beat the thrill of browsing through a collection of books and making a surprising or unexpected find. It might be a book that’s important to you personally or rare or out-of-print title that isn’t available in regular bookstores.
